Haleakalā Telescope Images Create World’s Largest Digital Sky Survey
The Pan-STARRS project at the University of Hawaii Institute for Astronomy is publicly releasing the world’s largest digital sky survey today compiled using the 1.8 meter telescope atop the summit of Haleakalā on Maui.
