Lānaʻi Culture & Heritage Center led a group of volunteers to a sacred and remote heiau on Saturday. The stewardship day took place at Hi’i Agricultural Heiau, located about two miles from Kōʻele.

The Lānaʻi Culture & Heritage Center announced this week that it will reopen – welcoming the public on weekdays from 1 to 3 p.m. It plans to offer more hours as docents become available and staffing expands.
