Public Help Sought in Locating Missing Kayaker

Big Island Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 41-year-old kayaker reported as possibly missing. Lance Oliver of Kailua-Kona was last seen at Kahaluʻu Beach Park on November 22, 2011.
