Gov. Josh Green has proclaimed Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, as Constitution and Citizenship Day in Hawaiʻi, per a joint announcement from the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary and the Commission to Promote and Advance Civic Education (PACE).
