A Molokai man accused of 2nd Degree Murder in the shooting death of his girlfriend , is now being held on “no-bail” following a preliminary hearing on Wednesday afternoon, March 27.

Molokai Murder Suspect Held on $170,000 Bail

Marlin L. Lavoie, 33, was charged at 11:50 a.m. on Friday, March 22, with second-degree murder, and was being held in lieu of $170,000 bail.
