#Master P-Noy Chef Cook Off

The Maui Fil-Am Heritage Festival® at Maui Mall on Oct. 15 will feature the Master P-Noy Chef Cook Off, using sugar cane among the chefs’ ingredients.

Some of Maui’s most esteemed chefs will go head-to-head on Saturday, Oct. 17 during the Maui Fil-Am Heritage Festival®, which celebrates Filipino-American History Month with food, art, dance, culture, contests and games. The event happens from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Maui Mall.

A crowd of more than 10,000 is expected, and a variety of events are planned, including a cook-off in which Maui Now will participate as a judge.
