Lahaina Cannery announces two fun-filled events taking place on Saturday, April 27, 2019 including a carnival and a kite flying festival. 

While E.K. Fernandez cited increased shipping costs, Young Brothers executives disputed the accuracy of rates and say they hope to have a discussion with interested parties in order to reach a resolution before the 95th Maui Fair in October and other County fairs scheduled statewide that utilize E.K. Fernandez services.

A total of four community events are taking place at the Maui County War Memorial Sports Complex this Saturday, April 30, including: the Troy Barboza Torch Run, the Battle of the Badges football game, the 1st Annual Maui County Carnival, and a candlelight vigil ceremony to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War.

E.K. Fernandez Shows will bring special attractions and new rides to the Maui County Carnival scheduled for Thursday, April 28, though Sunday, May 1, 2016, at the War Memorial Complex in Wailuku.

The Sakamoto Pool at the War Memorial complex will be impacted by both the Harlem Globetrotter event this Sunday, and the Maui Carnival next weekend.

The Maui County Carnival will be a new presentation but people may best relate to it from past events. You may remember the Little League Carnival which went on for three years, ending in 2006, and the Jaycee Carnival, which ended in 1997.
