Maui High Students Finish Fifth In National Auto Competition

A team from Maui High School earned a top five finish in the national Ford AAA Student Auto Skills competition held this morning in Dearborn, Michigan.

This is at least the 18th time Maui High has sent a team to the national event. Teams from Maui High have also placed in the top 10 for the past decade and won national titles in 1995 and 2000.

Maui High School Wins State Auto Skills Competition

The Maui High team comprised of Chayce Mimura and Devin Vea now advance to compete in the national competition to be held in Dearborn, MI in June.

4 Maui Teams Compete in Auto Skills Competition

Two teams each from Maui High School and King Kekaulike are competing in the 2014 Ford/AAA Student Auto Skills Competition, scheduled for Saturday, April 26, at Honolulu Community College.
