The Maui Humane Society is now offering a growing $1500 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) involved in a suspected arson on Sunday that killed 12 dogs in a Waikapu kennel.

Fire inspectors say the blaze was intentionally set, and investigators with the Maui Police Department say a possible accelerant was used. Police are working on leads an have a possible suspect identified, according to Lt. Peter Delima with the Criminal Investigation Division.
