Pulelehua Residential Project Gets Unanimous Support from Land Use Commission

After 12 years of delays with previous developers and plans, Maui Oceanview LP announced it has received unanimous support from the Land Use Commission to approve amendments for the Pulelehua residential project in West Maui.

The Maui County Council’s Land Use Committee unanimously voted 9-0 against a conditional permit for special events at the “Lona Ridge” property in Wailuku.

Maui’s Hiranaga Appointed to State Land Use Commission

Kent Hiranaga is currently a resident of Pāʻia, Maui. The new appointments bring to seven the number of members on the nine-seat commission, and restores the Land Use Commission’s ability to meet quorum following five resignations in July.
