Maui Police released an incident report after a 50-hour stand-off ended Friday afternoon with authorities taking 22-year-old Josiah Okudara into custody. At about 3:07 p.m., under the direction of a crisis negotiator, the suspect exited the residence and was safely taken into police custody.
