#mccc visitation hours

Over the past two weeks, staffing shortages at the Maui Community Correctional Center prompted cancellations of weekend visits for inmates. No other correctional facilities in the state experienced any visit cancellations in the past four years.

Todayʻs morning visitation at the Maui Community Correctional Center, which includes 9:15 a.m. and noon, have been canceled. 

The Maui Community Correctional Center will still hold its 6:45 p.m. visitation period despite a staffing shortage that prompted the cancellation of todayʻs morning/afternoon visitations.  The Department of Public Safety posts cancellation notices on social media to notify the public.  More information is available online.
