The ex-boyfriend of a missing Maui woman entered a not guilty plea in court today after being indicted for the murder of Carly “Charli” Scott.

Capobianco Held on $502,000 Bail for “Deadly Weapon” Charge

The ex-boyfriend of a missing pregnant Maui woman was charged with possession of a deadly weapon and was also charged with violating terms of his release on bail.

Capobianco Arrested on Felony Charges, Bail Set at $25,000

The District Court, which handles misdemeanor and traffic cases, dismissed the case on their level, and new felony charges were filed in Circuit Court. Sheriffs executed the new warrant and had set Capobianco’s bail at $25,000.

UPDATE: Steven Capobianco Arrested in Burglary Case

Maui police have confirmed that Steven Capobianco was arrested today in connection with a burglary case, that is not related to the Charli Scott homicide investigation for which he has been named as a person of interest.
