Maui’s own Caroline Absalom earned the 2nd Runner Up distinction in the Mrs. America pageant during a competition held in Las Vegas, Nevada on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015.

Maui’s Flecha Tovar Crowned Ms. Hawaiʻi America 2015

Flecha Tovar of Kīhei, Maui, won the State Title of Ms. Hawaiʻi America 2015 over the Memorial Day weekend and advances to compete for the national Ms. America title on August 29, 2015 in Brea, California. She was one of two Mauian’s who brought home pageant titles over the Memorial Day weekend.
