Longtime Keck Observatory Astronomer Wins Nobel Prize
Longtime W. M. Keck Observatory astronomer Dr. Andrea Ghez of UCLA has won the 2020 Nobel Prize in Physics for her research using the observatory to prove the existence of a supermassive black hole at the center of our Milky Way galaxy.
