Feb. 3, 2022 COVID-19 update: 3 deaths and 1,532 new infections in Hawaiʻi

Todayʻs count includes 138 cases on Maui, 205 on Hawaiʻi Island, 170 on Kauaʻi, seven on Molokaʻi, 10 on Lānaʻi, and 49 out of state.  There are 953 new COVID-19 cases on Oʻahu.

Jan. 10, 2022 COVID-19 Update: 3,875 new cases in Hawaiʻi

There are now 28 people hospitalized in Maui County with COVID-19, according to counts last updated at 9 a.m. on Jan. 10, 2022, from Maui Health. Ten of the current Maui COVID-19 hospitalizations are in vaccinated, and 18 are in unvaccinated individuals. There are now two Maui COVID-positive patients in the ICU (1 vaccinated/1 unvaccinated) and one vaccinated COVID-19 patient on a ventilator.

The state Department of Health is reporting a COVID-19 count of 4,578 new cases today, including 679 on Maui, 20 on Molokaʻi, and eight on Lānaʻi.
