It is the first company on Maui and one of only seven in the Hawaiian Islands to receive this prestigious designation.

The conditions are tipped to be near perfect for the eight-mile Stand Up Paddle (SUP) race on Saturday, May 1, at noon, with 12 to 18 knot winds and open water swells rolling down the coast during this second day of the 7th annual three-day OluKai Hoʻolauleʻa.

The seventh annual OluKai Ho‘olaule‘a will be held this weekend, May 1 to 3, 2015, bringing together the world’s elite stand up paddle (SUP), OC1 and OC2 athletes to race the legendary eight-mile Maliko Downwind Run on the North Shore of Maui.

The “Maliko Downwind Run, a celebration of the ocean the cultures that surround it,” will take place Friday through Sunday, May 1 to 3, at Kanaha Beach Park.

OluKai Archie Kalepa and Suzie Cooney will host a free, Three-Mile Fun Paddle on Sunday, April 26, in preparation for the 7th Annual OluKai Hoʻolauleʻa in May.
