One proposal calls for the acquisition of 5 acres at the Kehalani Village Center in Wailukufor $6.5 million. The owner, RCFC Kehalani, is offering to donate an additional 14.4 acres near the corner of Kuikahi and Waiale Road in Wailuku as part of the deal.

The Council’s Budget and Finance Committee will conduct site inspections on Monday morning of proposed land acquisitions in Kahului and Wailuku.
