Maui Fire Chief Jeffrey Murray today announced the promotions of two firefighters to the rank of captain and one member to the post of fire services officer. Those promoted include: Edward Taomoto to the rank of Fire Services Officer, Patrick Shipman to Captain; and Brad Ventura to Captain.
