Virginia Man Accused of Skipping Out on Bills, Arrested in Hāna, Maui
43-year old Rakesh Kukatla of Virginia arrested for Criminal Trespass in the First Degree in Hana, Maui. Police say he has an apparent history of this same type of credit card scam.
