Kahoʻolawe trolling dates for November announced
Hawaiʻi Administrative Rules require that all vessels must register annually before entering the Kahoʻolawe Island Reserve to troll during designated trolling dates—Nov. 7-8 and 21-22, 2026 between 12:01 a.m. Saturday and 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
