Restaurants, bars and gyms with requirements for patrons to provide proof of vaccination and/or a negative COVID test within 48 hours, may operate up to full capacity. This consent is contingent upon social distancing and mask requirements remaining in place.
Restaurants Can Increase Capacity When Hawai‘i Vaccine Rate Reaches 60%
Governor David Ige today set additional vaccination benchmarks for gatherings and restaurants. When Hawaiʻi reaches a 60% vaccination rate, social gatherings can increase to 25 indoors and 75 outdoors; and restaurant capacity will increase to 75% (with a maximum group size of 25 indoors and 75 outdoors).
