Health Dept. issues green placard to Pā‘ia restaurant following corrective actions

The Hawai‘i Department of Health Food Safety Branch issued a green placard to to a Pā‘ia restaurant today, allowing the business to reopen to the public following completion of corrective actions. 

DOH Maui Crackdown Continues: Red “Closed” Placard Issued to Paradise Supermart

A red “Closed” placard was issued to Paradise Supermart Fast Food & Catering in Kahului. This is the third food establishment on Maui to receive a red placard for violations in recent days.  Last week, violations forced the closure of the Barefruit Bar and ʻOhana Tacos.

Second West Maui Eatery Gets Red “Closed” Placard for Roach Infestation

Another Maui eatery has been issued a red “closed placard from the Hawai‘i Department of Health Sanitation Branch for and “extensive pest infestation.”
