Sheraton Maui Union Reps to ‘Meet With Marriott’

On Oct. 18, UNITE HERE Local 5 reported that its leaders are meeting with Marriott this week to discuss job security and other overarching bargaining issues.

Kyo-ya Issues Another Statement on Strike

Sheraton Maui operator Kyo-ya Hotels & Resorts issued a statement about the ongoing strike on Oct. 17, 2018.

More than 2,700 Hawaiʻi hotel workers are on strike in five hotels operated by Marriott and owned by Kyo-ya, including the Sheraton Maui in Kāʻanapali.
