Maui Committee Considers Smoking Ban at Bus Stops

Smoking Now Banned at all Hawaiʻi State Parks
Under the new law the use of all tobacco products and electronic smoking devices, or e-cigarettes are banned from use at all Hawaiʻi State Parks. Penalties for violation of the new law are $100 for a first offense, $200 for a second offense and $500 for subsequent offenses.
State Parks, Beaches Become Smoke Free on July 1, 2015
Governor David Ige on Friday signed House Bill 525, which will make Hawai‘i state parks and beaches smoke-free. Using tobacco products and electronic smoking devices, or e-cigarettes, at these facilities will be against the law, effective July 1, 2015.
