#Stop Flu at school

The voluntary program offers flu shots to students in kindergarten through the eighth grade at 185 Hawaiʻi public schools.

The Hawai‘i State Department of Health’s annual Stop Flu at School program begins on Oct. 15 and will continue in 177 public schools statewide through Dec. 7.

Approximately 35,000 students are expected to be vaccinated at more than 167 public schools statewide during the seven-week program.

The Stop Flu at School program is currently underway across Hawaii, with many school clinics offering free flu shots to children this year.
