Nearly $10 million dollars from the federal government will support programs that promote Native Hawaiian education and enrichment. 

International Food Justice Summit to be Held on Maui

Five experts in global food justice, environment, human rights, GMOs and pesticide issues from Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe and Hawai’i will participate at Hawai’i Alliance for Progressive Action and Pesticide Action Network North America’s “Challenging Global Impacts of the Agrochemical Industry: 2016 Food Justice Summit.”

Experts to Present Agroforestry Workshop

A new workshop, “Creative Agroforestry for Food Production in Home, Farm, and Community Landscapes” will be presented on June 12 and 13 at UH Maui College and local agroforesty sites.
