The Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation is alerting the public of a triennial exercise at Molokaʻi Airport on Friday, Oct. 7 from approximately 10:30 a.m. and lasting a few hours.

Triennial Exercise Simulates Airliner Crash at Kahului Airport

The drill will simulate an airliner crash at the Fuel Farm Facility. Approximately 80 volunteers from various agencies and Maui Kamehameha High School students will play the role of casualties.
