Flood Watch, Park Closures Begin for Maui
The state Department of Land and Natural Resources, Divisions of Forestry and Wildlife and State Parks will close the Makawao Forest Reserve and Kula Forest Reserve (including Polipoli Spring State Park) effective noon today.
