HTA October COVID-19 Visitor Satisfaction Study: 81% Rate Hawai‘i Trips as Excellent
Most visitors (81%) rated their trip as “Excellent;” visitor satisfaction has remained relatively stable over the course of the year with a slight dip in the prior survey conducted in June 2021.
