Maui OnStage Presents ‘Annie Get Your Gun’ Beginning March 6

Maui OnStage will present Irving Berlin’s “Annie Get Your Gun” on weekends from March 6 through 22 at the Historic ‘Īao Theater.

“Annie Get Your Gun,” the comical re-telling of Annie Oakley’s rise from backwoods sharp shooter to star of Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show, will showcase the talents of real-life wife Alexis Dascoulias as Annie Oakley and real-life husband Steven Dascoulias as Frank Butler in their first-ever Maui stage appearance.

This classic Broadway show features favorites such as “There’s No Business Like Show Business,” “Can’t Get A Man With A Gun,” “Moonshine Lullaby” and “Anything You Can Do I Can Do Better.”

The musical is directed and choreographed by Brian Swasey, under the musical direction Beth Fobbe-Wills.

Performances are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and  3 p.m. Sundays.
