In celebration of its 44th birthday, Hard Rock Cafe is ready to party like it’s 1971! On Sunday, June 14, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Hard Rock Cafe Maui will offer 71-cent Legendary Cheese Burgers to all uniformed police, firefighters and paramedics.

On June 14, 1971, Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first-ever Hard Rock Cafe in London and an iconic brand was born. The two music-loving Americans founded the first Hard Rock Cafe in an old Rolls Royce showroom in London.

After Eric Clapton asked to hang his guitar in that location, Tigrett and Morton had a vision to combine music, memorabilia and food for a one-of-a-kind guest experience.

More than four decades later, Hard Rock celebrates its birthday by staying true to the brand’s core mantra “Love All – Serve All” and offering our Famous Legendary Cheese Burgers for just 71-cents.

To receive a special-priced Legendary Burger on June 14, civil servants must present proper identification including badge stating their eligible status. The offer is valid only for dining-in at participating Hard Rock Cafe locations, limited to one item per person and restrictions apply.
