Together with Kai Kanani Sailing Charters, The Market Maui by Capische? will host a five-course sampling of locally-sourced, farm-to-table cuisine

Prepared by award-winning Chef Christopher Kulis, attendees can anticipate passed pūpū including:

  • Cheese, meat and bread
  • Raw Hawaiian chilies with lime and mustard greens
  • Line-caught fish with taro and hearts of palm puree and roasted Kula vegetables
  • Maui beef with Hāna pohole ferns and Ha‘ikū tomatoes
  • Mango and coconut for dessert.

The Market’s wine sommelier will be on hand to pair the perfect wine with each course or enjoy a tropical cocktail by Ocean Vodka while listening to live music by Bradda Dwight.
