Maui Surf Forecast
North: Wave heights are expected to be waist/head high at the best breaks today.
West: Surf is pretty flat today for west shores that aren’t catching the northwest. Breaks catching the wrap are expected to be head high or less.
South: Surf is waist high or less today.
Our current swell continues to fade. Another solid northwest swell is expected Friday and Saturday. The swell is forecast to build Friday and peak on Saturday morning with another round of overhead to double overhead surf. Triple overhead waves could occur at the best breaks.
Not much expected out of the SPAC anytime soon. Minimal southerly swell is expected to trickle in over the next few days. Swell is possible around April 18th or so.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
