Missing Person: Recent Arrival Last Seen in Kahului

The Maui Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating 20-year-old David Alex who was reported missing on Nov. 9, 2016.

He was last seen on Nov. 7, 2016 at approximately 10 a.m. in Kahului, Maui.

Police say Alex is believed to be homeless. It is not known what he was wearing last and police say he may be operating an unknown model/color moped.

The attached photograph is the most recent photograph available (depicting Alex at 170-190 pounds), although it is believed he has lost a lot of weight since it was taken, according to police reports.

Friends of the man describe him as 5’7″ with brown hair and brown eyes, and say he recently moved to Maui from Illinois.
