South: Surf heights are expected to be waist high or less today.

Minimal south swell lingers. A new run of southwest swell is forecast to move in from the 28th to the 3rd. A small south-southeast bump is possible from the 1st to the 3rd. We could a see a fun pulse from out of the south-southwest around August 5th.

Trade swell continues for Hilo side through the end of the week. This energy begins to ease today into Friday.

Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
