Few people reported feeling a 3.9 local magnitude earthquake reported at 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 2, 2013. The quake was centered 60 miles NNE of Laupāhoehoe.

There is no tsunami threat to Hawai’i following a 4.2 preliminary magnitude earthquake reported at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2013, in the deep ocean northeast of the Big Island of Hawai’i, officials said.

There is no tsunami threat to Hawaii following a 3.8 magnitude earthquake reported in the deep ocean off the Kona Coast of the Big Island early this morning. The incident was reported at 3:44 a.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2012.

The 4.3 quake comes after a 4.1 earthquake reported in the same region about 7 hours earlier, and a seismic swarm that began in the region early Wednesday morning.
