A flood watch remains in effect through tomorrow afternoon for Niihau, Kauai and the island of Oahu. A slow moving cold front is creating increasingly unstable conditions and could support the development of heavy showers and thunderstorms over the western islands in the state. The public is advised to monitor forecasts and be prepared to take action should a warning be issued.
