UH Football earns Top 25 ranking in AP Poll

The University of Hawai‘i football team gained Top 25 ranking in the latest Associated Press Poll released over the weekend.  The ranking is the first national ranking for UH since 2007.

The Warriors defeated New Mexico State 59-24 on Saturday to finish the league schedule in the WAC, 7-1.  UH is one of three WAC teams ranking in the poll, joining No. 9 Boise State and No. 14 Nevada.

The Warriors wrap up their regular season Saturday against UNLV at Aloha Stadium. Kick-off is 5:30 p.m.
