Cleanse and rejuvenate the body and spirit from the inside out at the Bliss Conference coming to Maui the weekend of February 11-15. This conference is packed with speakers, food and music to delight even the most discriminating Hawaiians. The conference will be held at Camp Olowalu near Lahaina and promises to be an unforgettable experience for all who attend.
What is the Bliss Camp?
The Bliss Camp is a retreat-like experience that is filled with vegetarian foods, exercise and meditation and world-class entertainment. All of the activities included at the camp are purely optional – so you can do as much or as little as you like. In addition, vegetarian guides will be available to take guests to breathtaking beaches and waterfalls, and local farms where you can enjoy tropical fruits and vegetables.
The primary purpose of the camp is to promote an optimal state of health and well being through nutritious foods, holistic health practices and spiritual exploration. To this end, cutting-edge researchers will be on hand to provide pragmatic advice for healthful living, and chefs will inspire guests with raw food selections designed to tantalize the palate and nourish the body. The entire weekend will revolve around cleansing and inspiration, so you leave the camp with a new perspective and a feeling of well being that will resonate long after the event is over.
The Bliss Camp will not leave any guest wanting for activities, with a packed schedule that allows you to be just as busy as you like. Begin your days with sunrise meditations and affirmations and end them with singing and sharing around a fire. Throughout the day, choose from activities like inspirational chanting, African dancing and many different types of yoga. Musical artists will be singing, dancing and playing instruments throughout the weekend for your listening pleasure.
Meals will consist of delicious fresh tropical fruits, organic raw vegan lunches and fruits and snacks. Three meals a day will be served buffet-style, for people to come and eat as they like. Raw food lessons will be offered during the weekend, including juicing and cleansing tips and raw vegan demos. Snacks will be available for purchase throughout the weekend as well, so no one leaves the Bliss Camp feeling any less than completely and wonderfully satiated.
While the majority of activities at the Bliss Camp are designed for adults, families are also welcome to come and experience the weekend as a clan. Children’s activities will be provided throughout the weekend, at the camp’s beach paradise in the forest. The children’s camp will be staffed with teachers, parents and volunteers to ensure the children get an equally satisfying experience.
A weekend at Bliss Camp will provide all the spiritual renewal, mental relaxation and physical cleansing that you need. Whether you choose to camp for the weekend or extend your stay before or after the event, your time spent at Bliss Camp will be well worth it with improved physical, mental and spiritual health to enjoy long after.
