Maui Leadership Program Offers a High Seas Adventure

Step aboard the Princess Cruise Line’s premier cruise ship and embark on a very special high seas adventure to celebrate the growth of the Ka Ipu Kukui Fellows program, a year-long program designed to support community-identified future leaders.

Ho‘okele: Navigating a Bright Future in New Times: A Fundraiser to Support the Ka Ipu Kukui Fellows Program takes place on Sunday March 6^th from 10am-2pm. Participants get the opportunity to dine with past and current Ka Ipu Kukui Fellows during this exclusive luncheon fundraiser, which features gourmet food and wine, a behind- the-scenes cruise ship tour, live music, and a silent auction, all while enjoying stunning views of the West Maui.

The Ka Ipu Kukui Fellows are currently seeking items for their silent auction. If you would like to donate an item please contact Yarrow Flower at 808-665-5459 or email [email protected]. Proceeds go to support the continuation of this leadership program for Maui residents.

A Decisions Maui and Focus Maui Nui initiative, the Ka Ipu Kukui Fellows program was conceived to promote and develop future leaders through a community-based program designed to address planning for Maui Nui’s future. It is currently hosting its fourth class.

Ka Ipu Kukui Steering Committee Members include Roselle Bailey, Sandy Baz, Buck Buchanan, Rory Frampton, Lori Teragawachi, Scott Nunokawa, Stanley Okamoto, Ken Ota, Clyde Sakamoto, Jeanne Skog, Lianne Yoshida, Kalani Ho, Yarrow Flower, and Rhiannon Chandler.
