Mexican fare is a must tomorrow and many of Maui’s festive eateries will be packed with celebrators on the prowl for tacos, enchiladas, margaritas and more. Check out our favorite Cinco de Mayo picks below:

Fred’s Mexican Café in Kihei

Starting with an assortment of breakfast drink specials, the Cinco de Mayo celebration at Fred’s really kicks off at 4 p.m., when Gringo Mariachi Band shows up with the tequila girls, and drink specials tempt guests with tequila, margaritas and beer.
