Despite an extensive remodel scheduled to begin August 2011, operations at The Fairmont Kea Lani will continue as normal, except for the closure of its signature restaurant, Kō.

An extensive remodel to the signature restaurant, Kō, is scheduled from August 15 – December 16, 2011. According to a written statement from the resort, many changes will come to the Kō restaurant, including sweeping curved walls, a floating shaded roof, a new bar, built in seating banquettes, and porcelain tile flooring.
