Hawaii Guide Me Travel App Now on Android, Too

Pacific Radio Group, parent company behind the popular Hawaii travel app “Hawaii Guide Me”, today announced that release of the Android version.

“The iPhone version of Hawaii Guide Me has already been downloaded by 40,000 people, and this grows by thousands each month,” said Chuck Bergson, chief executive officer of Pacific Radio Group, said in a statement today. “Our commitment to investing in an Android version of the app reflects the wishes of our users, clients, and the market, who have embraced the Android platform.”

At the current rate of growth of it iPhone version, Hawaii Guide Me is expected to be used by at least 60,000 people by the end of 2011.

Hawaii Guide Me uses GPS and an extensive array of data about Hawaii to provide the users with a handy in-pocket guide to any experience the user desires, from anywhere on the islands. Users can also write reviews, rate destinations and share experiences with each other.
