The MIL football campaign resumed over the weekend with Baldwin and Maui High posting victories.

Quarterback Keelan Ewalike ran for 190 yards and one score on 20 carries and passed for another 99 yards and three scores in leading Baldwin to a 33-22 road win over stubborn Kamehameha-Maui.

Although completing just three of 16 passes for 41 yards, the Sabers got excellent production from its pair of sophomore running backs.  Justin McCrary gained 81 yards on 13 carries and Chastin Valdez had 66 on nine tries.  Quarterback Siueli Vaha aldded 79 on 17 carries.
