Thousands of people showed up on Front Street in Lahaina last night for the official full-return of Halloween Festivities to the town.
The road was closed until midnight for the first time in four years, allowing for use of the street for an extended celebration.
Dozens of uniformed police officers were joined by county employees who patrolled the streets to ensure safety.
We are awaiting an incident report from the Maui Police Department; but those in attendance reported no significant signs of disorder last night.
