Raising Health Awareness Among Maui’s Homeless

The University of Hawaii Maui Campus ADN Nursing Program, along with the Salvation Army will present their 11th annual Health Fair on Friday, November 18, 2011.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday at the Salvation Army, located at 45 W. Kaahumanu Avenue in Kahului.
The goal is to raise health awareness among the island’s homeless population.
There will also be many community resource partners involved to provide education, along with health screenings and information.
