Water customers in the Paia area of Maui are advised of a waterline break that has resulted in low water pressure for some residents and businesses.

Crews from the Department of Water Supply are on scene, working to repair a crack on a six-inch waterline near the 100-block of Hana Highway in Paia.

The job is expected to be completed by 3 p.m. today.

Customers should call the 24-hour service line (270-7633) only if a water problem occurs.
