By Sonia Isotov
On Friday, February 24, First Insurance Company will bring its popular gas station “takeover” to Wailuku for the first time bringing Maui drivers lower gas prices.
Between 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on February 24, First Insurance will dramatically lower prices for all grades of gas at the Hillside 76 Gas Station at 1495 Lower Main Street in Wailuku.
How low will it go? That’s the big question for Maui drivers who can fill up their tanks at what are expected to be the lowest gas prices on the island, but only between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. this Friday.
During the two-hour event, drivers can also enter to win $500 in gas. Entry forms are only available at the event and the winner will be announced on Da Jam 98.3 radio (KJMD-FM) later that evening. The “secret” price of gas will be revealed on Friday morning on Twitter (@FirstInsHI) and Facebook at www.facebook.com/FirstInsHI.
