Forecaster from the National Weather Service say strong high pressure north of the state will lead to strong and gusty trade winds today.  The high is expected to gradually weaken later tonight and Tuesday, allowing the trade winds to slowly diminish.

Winds will be northeasterly, blowing at 20 to 30 mph, with gusts up to 45 mph, through late this afternoon.
